KJ Jones is a Washington State workforce development professional with more than 10 years of experience in career coaching, reentry support, and employment services for people navigating real barriers.
Founded by Kendra Jones, a leader with over 10 years of experience in workforce development, youth services, and reentry program design, our mission is to bridge gaps between systems and the communities they serve.
Kendra’s real-world experience includes working with juvenile rehabilitation programs, vocational training, and reentry support services across Washington State. From managing statewide youth employment initiatives like the MyJOB program to building partnerships with correctional facilities and community organizations, Kendra has a proven track record of empowering individuals and driving systems change.
