Welcome to KJ Jones!
KJ Jones is a Washington DVR-authorized Community Rehabilitation Program that supports students, adults, and young adults—including justice-involved individuals—as they build skills, gain work experience, and secure competitive, integrated employment with local employers.
We specialize in reentry employment services and offer the full suite of CRP services: Community-Based Assessment (CBA), Trial Work Experience (TWE), Job Placement, Intensive Training (job coaching), and Job Retention.
We also partner with schools, agencies, and community-based organizations to provide hands-on consulting in program design, compliance, and data reporting—ensuring that both systems and participants thrive. Founded by Kendra Jones, our team brings over a decade of experience in workforce development and reentry initiatives. We use evidence-based models like EMPath’s Mobility Mentoring® and the Employment & Education Transition Framework to deliver customized, participant-centered plans that drive long-term success.
LaunchPad
LaunchPad is a DVR-contracted Community Rehabilitation Program (CRP) led by KJ Jones, designed to support eligible jobseekers—including adults and transition-age youth—on their path to employment.
We specialize in reentry employment services and help young adults launch their careers with confidence. Whether you're returning to the workforce or just getting started, our team is here to help.
